The 2026 Municipal Fee Survey publication contains user fees, service fees and development related fees of participating cities in North Central Texas for the year 2025. Included in the results is information on the monetary rate or fee amount charged for services and programs; the frequency of fee reviews; how the fee is priced to recover cost; the review methodology of the fee; gross revenue from the prior year; and the number of users or units of service for the year 2025. A key to column titles is also included.

Electronic copies may not be shared or distributed outside of the purchasing organization. Purchase is for one download. Produced in 2025. The cost of the survey is free for survey participant NCTCOG members, $250 to non-survey participant NCTCOG members, and $400 to non-NCTCOG members.*
Data collection in March will result in a new yearly report being published each April. Please consider that timing in consideration of what information you seek.
