9-1-1 Early Adopter Summit Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2026 9-1-1 Early Adopter Summit (EAS) (https://nct911.org/eas-2026/). 

If you would like to pay for your sponsorship by check, please close out of this platform and email mshort@nctcog.org. All sponsorship funds must be received and in hand by October 31.

This year, we are also offering the opportunity to have a vendor table in a vendor hall space. Non-sponsors may purchase a table for $1,000, while sponsors receive discounted rates and complimentary registrations based on their tier (listed below). The vendor hall will be open for a half day on the first day of EAS, November 16.

This is a zero-budget event. Therefore, in order to continue fostering cutting-edge innovation, we need your help. We’re asking sponsors to support the cost of meals, promotional tools, and in other ways to assist in producing this one-of-a-kind event. The levels of sponsorship include:
